Utility Management Introduction - Instructor Guide
This material was designed and field-tested in a three-day workshop. Each lesson is delivered in an hour to an hour and a half presentation followed by group activities that reinforce the lesson. There are a total of 17 group exercises selected and/or designed specifically for this course.
